Unterholtz

Unterholz is a virtual reality stop motion animation that was made in collaboration with the HSLU Lucern School of Applied Arts and Design and the Swiss Television SRF.

We experimented with combining the traditional craft of stop motion puppet and set making with VR technology to create an interactive and immersive experience.  The film went on to be shown at a number of festivals and received a special mention at Encounters 2018.

A combination of the handmade and the technical.
